If you’re a woman over 40, you’ve heard the message: slow down, be careful, accept stiffness and aches as “just part of aging.” I’m here to tell you—that’s a myth.

Your body is designed to move, adapt, and feel strong at every stage of life. The key is moving smarter, not harder. That’s where I come in.

I blend strength, mobility, stability, yoga, balance, functional movement, and fascia massage into a hybrid coaching approach designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re reclaiming movement, refining it, or rediscovering joy in your body.

My approach isn’t one-size-fits-all. I draw from deep experience and a unique mix of methods to create sessions that:
